Returns and Exchanges

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address given to us by the customer we will credit your account the sale minus the cost of freight we paid to ship the product. Basically we will not pay for any freight costs if we are not at fault.

Returns will be allowed within 30 days of purchase.

Returns Past 30 Days
In certain cases we will allow returns which were purchased more than 30 days prior. In some cases a 15% restocking fee will apply.

Return Freight
If the product was damaged, defective or wrong product shipped, we will credit your account the sale and the USPS freight cost you paid to return the product. Returns must be within 30 days from ship date.

Please ship all returns via USPS First-Class Mail. If your return freight is covered per our policy your freight reimbursement will be calculated using USPS 1st class shipping calculations.

Please note that you will pay significantly more if you use UPS or FedEx to return your product.

Shipping within the U.S.
We ship Monday-Friday using USPS. Please make sure you have a valid US Postal Address. Please allow 3-7 business days to receive your product. There may be delays in arrival time due to holidays and weather conditions.
